Processing Times

Orders are processed within 3–4 business days after purchase. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods such as holidays or promotional events. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframe and are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service. Rates are subject to change without notice. Any free shipping promotions are applied at checkout where eligible and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.


Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct email address is provided at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for tracking notifications that are undelivered due to incorrect contact information.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@gethnk.com. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate the shipment with the carrier. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery. Any claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be re-shipped.


International Orders, Customs & Import Regulations

All international orders — including orders to Canada — may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and regulatory inspections upon entry into the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We have no control over and cannot predict customs charges or processing times.


Pre-Orders and Limited Drops

Pre-order and limited drop items are shipped separately from in-stock items and have an estimated fulfillment window of 6–8 weeks from the date of purchase. Estimated shipping dates are listed on the respective product pages at the time of ordering. These dates are estimates only and may be subject to change due to production or logistics delays. Customers will be notified by email of any significant change to the estimated fulfillment date. Pre-order purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. By purchasing a pre-order item, the customer acknowledges and accepts the extended fulfillment timeline.


Carrier Liability

Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, the shipment is in the custody of the carrier. We are not responsible for damage, loss, theft, or delay that occurs after the order has been handed to the carrier. Any claims for carrier-related damage or loss must be raised directly with the carrier. We will provide reasonable assistance in facilitating such claims but do not guarantee outcomes.


Policy Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to all products sold through our store, including all current and future SKUs. By placing an order, customers agree to the terms set out in this policy.
